They don't pickup the phone, you won't know if anyone is actually working there at that terminal. Shipment sitting there for two days without contacting receiving party, promised to call me back in an hour but never did. I hope none of the people get a raise this year at this terminal. You can leave voicemail but they don't contact you like two days later.
