Absolutely loved my provider! Inquired about an appointment today for some acute issues to be told I don't have a Dr anymore. My NP is no longer seeing established patients and only does the walk in clinic. But they made the brilliant decision to not tell his patients!!! Only calling thise that had a current scheduled visit. So if you call for an issue you are referred to a practice that get this....isn't accepting new patients! Incompetent staff and dr Smith is invaluable, incapable of following through with her professional skills .
I was a patient for ~15 years. I've seen my original doctor retire, a new doctor take their place, and I've followed them to their new location that was honestly much less convienient in an attempt to show some loyalty to an office I used to feel respect for, but no longer. Unfortunately it looks like this office does not share that same sense of loyalty to their patients.
