The worst!
I've been using this company for years. Lately, I don't have any complaints like I did in the past. Everything is so much easier than before. I appreciate not having to visit one of their locations to pick up my package because I missed a delivery. I appreciate having options for my package if I need to make a last-minute change for the day it is to be delivered.
