I Highly recommended dr tawfik if it wasn’t for him, i would not be enjoying my life right now. I was involved in a car accident and was at a moment were all hope was lost! I was 27 years old needing a l4 l5 s1 fusion. Two years ago i got rear ended in car and was having problems with my neck . On January 31 Dr.Tawfik performed ACDF surgery i feel way better now. Before the surgery i was having neck pains and sensation feelings in my arm . His team of people are great as well Amanda the surgery coordinator checked on me often . I recommend any one with neck or back problems to doctor Tawfik your in good hands his main goal is to relieve you from any pain your having i felt better soon as surgery was over

Entered Jersey Shore with a broken neck in the area of C6 to T1. Initial surgery plan was to pin C4 through to T2 which would have severely reduced my head movement. Dr. Tawfik decided to pin C6 and C7. The surgery went well. Nearly invisible scar. After 42 days in a CTO I was fully released by Dr. Tawfik and feel terrific. Still recovering neck and body strength. I highly recommend Dr' Tawfik for any type of neurosurgery. The original surgery prognosis would have been devestating. His decision saved my upper back mobility.
