I second the bad reviews in here. Poor communication, I called and called and called, by the time they answered, receptionist said she will call back never did. I called again, she sarcastically said oh it’s you, no one is available to come in alliston cause no projects there right now. Told her I have the receipt she gave us last year-all I need is a quote so she promise again to email me, never happened. Great experience!! We used Uprite Fence to build our deck and fence our backyard. They were very responsive and always available when we called. Many people we contacted returned our calls after the job was done by Uprite. They came out to provide a quote for the project when they said they would and put up our fence and deck a week later with no delays and kept us abreast of the schedule given that they had to be away for the posts to set properly and when it rained. Slow and unreliable! Terrible communication would promise to come on one day and wouldn't show up. Beware!!!
