I’ve had a really positive experience here and would definitely recommend the team. I’ve seen Mina for chiropractic care and Adisa for remedial massage, and both have been excellent. Mina has helped me with managing my scoliosis and ongoing maintenance. He’s knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about his patients. Coming to Uprise and seeing Mina has been the only thing to help and manage my chronic back issues after years of pain. Amazing chiropractor and the rest of the staff are so friendly. 10/10 recommend

I booked a consult and had Adisa, she was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through everything she was doing and why. Also incredible for deep tissue massage. She is now my go to!
