I can’t recommend Uprise Health and Mina enough! I’ve been seeing him regularly for chiropractic adjustments and he has helped me with everything from my shoulder and back to general mobility and movement. I always feel so much better after an appointment, and the fortnightly adjustments have made such a difference. He’s professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting you feeling your best!
