I met a plug there
I have several friends who are Master Brewers and Cicerone. They have trained me to know flaws and perfection in beer. I say that to acknowledge that Uprise is the best beer I have found in Eastern Washington. Exceptional flavor, unique takes without being weird, perfect balance,not too malty, not too dry… Uprise is as close as it gets to being perfect. Cheers to the team, great work y’all, pat yourself on the back.
Great atmosphere and probably the best smash burger in town. Love having a beer outside and relaxing.
Gleep and Glart started to get into a drunken fight with the local wildlife, so we had to make a hasty retreat into the river. The beer was fantastic!
