Lauren is an incredible, caring and collaborative practitioner. I have found her treatment to be so valuable to my overall well-being—we have addressed both physical ailments and stress—that I have been seeing her regularly for nearly two years. I love that she has the knowledge to incorporate additional treatments like ear seeds, moxa and herbal medicine into her care as well. Can't recommend Lauren enough!
Lauren is such an intuitive healer! I've been seeing Lauren for some pregnancy related insomnia. Not only do I leave each session completely refreshed and revived, but I'm happy to say that after just a few treatments, I haven't had insomnia in weeks! She's seen me while I'm at my lowest and most exhausted, and she leads every visit with the utmost compassion. She feels very safe, which is all you can hope for with your care team.
