I am a general contractor,I work with Upcivil on a large master bed & bathroom addition on a challenging hillside in Lafayette.The house had prior structural issues because of the unstable hillside. Some corrective foundation work had to be done. I was impressed on how Austin, the owner of the company, took advantage of the additional foundation work. The best of the best profession and reasonably priced
Upright Engineering drew up the structural plans for my ADU new construction. The plans were complete, approved by the City Building Dept without issue and easy for our contractors to follow. Their engineers and staff were promptly available if we had special inspections or questions during the project. Professional, efficient and just nice people! I will definitely use them again for future projects.
