I immediately told the installer there was an issue with delamination. He told me it was normal and I shouldnt worry. I decided to keep the peace and leave it alone. Then the issues with workmanship came up. I lost count of how many times they came back before realizing they installed the wrong springs. My first experience with this company and they were outstanding. The installer Jay was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Recommended!
Jay came same day and repaired my snapped garage cable in an instant. He also tightened and secured the other door while he was here. Great service and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
Upright is the same company as All-right Doors who are incredibly frustrating - their customer service is terrible. I worked with dozens of companies on a massive reno. This is the only negative review I have made. Discussions about hiding the fuse for fire shutters were useless when it came time to do the installation which could only be scheduled after paying an additional $9,000 (on top of my $9,000 deposit that they'd had for many months). Arggg.
