Very bad service. Was promised someone would come out on an urgent service call this morning at 8:30 am and nothing, no call no response nothing, I waited all day. It was urgent and thst made no difference. I'm a 20+ year loyal customer. I called them because I thought since they installed them, they'd be the best to fix the garage doors. Called back, at 5:05 and 6:42, talked to the answering service, which also resulted in nothing, no response. I no longer recommend this company!!!!
I immediately told the installer there was an issue with delamination. He told me it was normal and I shouldnt worry. I decided to keep the peace and leave it alone. Then the issues with workmanship came up. I lost count of how many times they came back before realizing they installed the wrong springs. My first experience with this company and they were outstanding. The installer Jay was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Recommended!
Jay came same day and repaired my snapped garage cable in an instant. He also tightened and secured the other door while he was here. Great service and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
