UPRED has been nothing but rude and inconsiderate (Matthew Nord) one of the employees of this firm has been nothing but unprofessional and I would not recommend trying to ask him any questions pertaining to your security deposit or your rights as a tenant. They will send construction to your home and they will cause incredibly loud noise without notice, while also leaving paint, nails, and other tools just on the floor. I don't know how someone could leave a bad review this has been nothing but a pleasure every time we've been up here to work at the hospital we've had a nice comfortable place to stay the house were staying in is huge! if you don't have anything nice to say about a company don't say anything at all.. I own a super large pressure washing company in Wisconsin we stay all over the place and I definitely will be back to stay at their properties
Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience with this company. We booked a cabin about three months out in summer and hey canceled with a little less then a month left. They then called and told me we could probably get it, only to ignore my calls for days and then finally returned it with a text. I would absolutely avoid this business at all costs.
What can I say about this place other than all there rentals are a dump. They rob you of your security deposit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
