This is one of the nicest practices I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Dr. Herron is extremely kind, caring, and easy to talk to. I know I asked silly questions sometimes, but he still never made me feel like he was talking down to me or thought I was stupid. All the staff has been very helpful and pleasant every time I've come. I even made the mistake of showing up at the wrong time, through no fault of theirs, and they were able to work me in so I wouldn't have to drive back later in the day. One of the best Dr's I have ever known, Dr Kyle Herron. thank you and your staff for the great wrk you all did on my legs. They feel much better. I had several procedures on my legs, each time was a pleasant visit (as they did all the could to make it pleasant). I would highly recommend Dr Herron and staff. It was nice being well cared for and enjoyed the smiling faces of the staff. I will miss seeing the staff, I will remember to Honk my car horn every time I drive by! Dr Herron is a terrible doctor, no bedside manner. Gets frantic & frustrated when patients are in pain. I’ve seen several doctors in my life, never have I been treated & talked to so badly by a doctor. He scolded me twice mid procedure and was incredibly irritated by my pain. When confronted on being unprofessional he tried gaslighting me and denied treating me the way he did. He was very nasty and unprofessional in the way he spoke to his nurse practitioners and colleagues, the ladies in office were the only pleasant part o... read more
