Dr V. is nice easy to talk to. That's the good. Now the bad. Cannot access patient portal because office didn't give ME authorization to access MY records! Call to find out test results.... Was told that they have zero records of my visit or test results.... Transfer to front desk ohone rings for about 4 minutes auto voice comes on " no one is available to take call goodbye. Will not recommend this facility will go to local Vet first! Gave 1 star because negative number not available!!
Dr. Levitre is wonderful! He listens to you and answers any questions or concerns. He treats you with care whether it be trimming your nails or cutting off a callous. His staff is outstanding as well. Highly recommend!
