1st time going to Upperline Health in Athens. Upon my arrival I met with the administrative staff. They were very friendly and professional. They requested the need documentation. After filling out all the paperwork work I was called. I’m guessing the PA (I didn’t get her name)for Dr. Freeman came in spoke with me at length to get a snapshot of what I needed. I didn't have to wait very long after my arrival to see the doctor
Dr. Freeman is an incredible physician and surgeon. Not only does she give you the time that need, but you always see her, not a PA, always her!! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and I believe she truly cares about her patients. She doesn’t blow off your concerns and makes you feel like your needs are a priority! On top of that I have never dealt with a place where they contact you as much before an appointment… This office is definitely at the top of their game.
