Horrible. Been trying to talk to my podiatrist office for 3 days now. Yesterday they said "Nobody is answering, sorry." Today they just put me on hold and then hung up on me. Worst service I've ever had from a medical company.
This company has no public phone number which is odd. How are people supposed to reach them for care?
Received very professional care from a very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.
Upperline billing department is terrible. My experience with this department has been poor. You are asked to leave a message and they will never return the call back.
