I Booked an appointment with Dr. Sullivan 3 months after receiving an injury getting a pedicure. During his very brief time with me I tried to explain the CONSTANT pain in my heel. He talked down to me and said, "You're not listening." He told me to take Advil. I was shocked by this doctor's complete lack of interest in helping me diagnose and treat my injury. I was billed $200 for this. I then had to suffer in pain for another few weeks to see my general doctor who ordered xrays and discovered a bone spur. Do not go to this... read more
Dr. Misra and most of the staff are amazing. There seems to be a hugely high turn over rate with personnel at the office and some are downright rude! Also the phone system is a joke. You never get the office directly, ever. The call center always triage the call it seems and some of those people too are more pleasant than others. Some will put you through to the office, others only take a message and who knows when you will hear back. Why wouldn't you have an "Out to lunch sign? Have people who stove early waiting around for their check in and getting skipped
If you value your time and energy please try another place.showeed up to an appointment I waited a while to get due to insurance and Family dr authorizations with poor communication between the two, and they informed me they were trying to get ahold of me to cancel. I do believe they "tried" but was given no apology and just blamed me for possibly changing my number. I quickly responded to please just reschedule as I was extremely mad and didn't want to take it out on the office lady. I hope I won't have to use them and goin... read more
