Its a doctor's office. They function. I like my doctor dr.mcbroome is awesome
They use a call center that is so unorganized and half the time you cannot understand them! I called to make a appt today and they told me 1045 am. I got here and they had no appt for me so now I am sitting here for 45 min to get in a see someone. I will be finding somewhere else to go!
Dr. Singh and Nurse Technician, George were gentle and compassionate. I had my first and hopefully last ingrown toenail surgically removed from my big toe. They were patient and gentle while being professional & expedient with the toenail extraction. I don't know which was worse getting the injection or the surgical nail removed from under the skin. I Booked an appointment with Dr. Sullivan 3 months after receiving an injury getting a pedicure. During his very brief time with me I tried to explain the CONSTANT pain in my heel. He talked down to me and said, "You're not listening." He told me to take Advil. I was shocked by this doctor's complete lack of interest in helping me diagnose and treat my injury. Dr. Misra and most of the staff are amazing. There seems to be a hugely high turn over rate with personnel at the office and some are downright rude! Also the phone system is a joke. You never get the office directly, ever. The call center always triage the call it seems and some of those people too are more pleasant than others. Some will put you through to the office, others only take a message and who knows when you will hear back.
