Great doctors. But Upperline is not rota one star. The system for making appointments is nearly impossible to navigate and the wait time on the phone is sometimes 20 minutes. Then often The Office that you need to connect to does not answer. I’m done.
Very very disappointed with this whole experience. The provider himself was fine- although there were several other things I could’ve done easily to make my life easier, very quickly, with this condition (tennis shoes and work shoes are available to alleviate this… but I figured that out myself) but the office, Jesus baby lord THIS OFFICE. Call- get the call center sometimes-> they will give you different info than the office. How are you supposed to know who is who and who knows what- unclear.
