Terrible service , we have to asking permission on the job on the school and this guys can call an tell you the appointment is canceled and they move the office and they can tell you the new address and them you call and give you the new wrong address and the only the ladies have to say is the “ service call problem “ come on guys this is not the first time the people on the counter terrible service , i lost time , money and the appointment from 6 months ago thank you so much .

Absolute waste of time and money. Was referred here for a toe fungus. Went to two visits where I paid $80 co-pays each time to be told to just keep doing what my primary care had already told me. Then they took a clipping to confirm it was fungus, which of course it was because thats the whole reason my primary care sent me there, and then billed me $300 to be told yes its fungus. The cherry on top is then I see in their visit notes they are LYING and saying that supposedly the Dr discussed all this other stuff with me that ... read more

Terrible service. My husband is a patient. He is covered for shoes. It's been a year and a half and still getting a run around with "supposed" missing referrals between our Dr and Upperline. Dr faxed approval, Upperline never received. Got fax# from Upperline. A YEAR AND A HALF! As of today Upperline claims never received the fax which was sent to the # they gave us. If it wasn't that Dr Moats is an excellent Dr we would go elsewhere. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
