She is great She really cares about her patients
My mother had an appointment made today at 2:30 pm. She had to request to leave work early for this appointment and she kept waiting and waiting. No one was calling her or even letting her know they are running late. No communication with her whatsoever. She finally went to the front again and they told her they didn’t even realize they hadn’t see her yet!! How do you completely forget about a patient.
