Our deck was 24 years old and time to replace. We quoted three companies. Out of the three Upper Deck worked with us on modifications to make the project in line with our budget and design. Chris came out and went over several details of what we wanted. Chris was very responsive either by phone or text/email through the quoting process. We contracted Upper Deck to replace our 24 year old deck with a covered porch deck. Chris met with me to discuss the project and provide the quote. He listened to our vision and provided many suggestions to improve on it. Chris is passionate about his company and the work they do and was excited to work on our project. Upperdeck has complete our front deck. UD-Chris took care of the permit process and always kept us informed on how/when they would be out. Mike did an excellent job on the carpentry and installing of the deck. When UD crew and Mike left for the day the area was always clean, being that this was of the front of our house we appreciate their efforts. I would recommend Upperdeck to any one who asks. Upper deck did an awesome job for us with a small deck repair. We had another local deck repair company back out on us before this. Upper Deck was prompt with the estimate and completed the job shortly after that for a very reasonable price. We will definitely hire them again when it’s time to build a new deck!
After being scheduled, then blown off by another decking company, we were set back into winter for a small repair of our older deck. We reached out to UpperDeck for an estimate, knowing this was obviously not an ideal time of year for this job. Chris promptly returned my call, arrived on time for service appointments and his crew did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. If you're looking for a reliable decking company for large jobs or small, do yourself a favor and give this company a call!
