Tried to call in to get a haircut. Told they had a ton of availability today, but I would have to go on their website and create a profile, etc.. kept calling me “bro”. Yes it’s easy to go online, but if you’re on the phone with the customer already, not sure why you wouldn’t just take the booking right there. Edit: The barber shops claim that I “cus”’ed out his employee is false. The employee was fairly unprofessional on the phone. I was also not hung up on. Best place I’ve ever got a haircut from, I love uppercut. The staff there is amazing. Tate Ose is the real deal, he’s super nice and just a great guy all around.

I have been going to Austin since he started barber school! I have tried many different haircuts with him and he gets it right every time!! The shop is always clean and he keeps his appointments ordered and on time! Only barber you will ever need in the Fargo area!!
