Ordered delivery, and was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived. The speedy arrival didn't mean a mediocre pizza, though. The toppings were generous and perfectly cooked, and the New York Grandma crust was an absolute crispy experience. I highly recommend the smoked chipotle sauce, too. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. Great job!

We've had some decent pizza from Upper Crust, but lately that's not the case. The crust is so thick, the center of the pizza is barely done, but the outer edges and underneath is burned and tough as old boots. Our last order was really poor. A full ⅓ of the pizza was burned. The center so thick, very little sauce and toppings. If you have to burn the pizza to bake it all the way through, the dough is too thick. What an unpleasant experience and waste of $22.
