The technicians are skilled and pleasant, and the facility is very clean. I deducted two stars as since they've moved locations, there is a new receptionist on staff, who is unpleasant to encounter. What use to be a welcoming wait time is no longer. The check out procedure has also changed, so although you confirm your online appointment with a credit card that was usually automatically charged after your service, now you must swipe your card before leaving. Just got my first pedicure at Upper West Spa and I had an amazing experience! The staff were welcoming and kind, the space was beautiful and clean, and the service was great! My pedicure was done by Marcia and she was gentle and meticulous and did an amazing job! I’m super happy with my experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.
