I just came back from my first visit, but it was definitely not my last! I went in for a dermaplaning trio with Evelina, who was absolutely lovely. The spa was cozy, friendly, and immaculate. My skin glowed after my treatment, and I can't wait to go back and try other ones! A neighborhood gem!
Everyone at Upper West Spa was absolutely lovely! I purchased a spa treatment as a gift and my friend said she had an incredible massage. I had a billing issue and the manager Joanna could not have been more responsive in helping me get it resolved. She was truly a pleasure. Overall I would highly recommend!!
