This place recently underwent a renovation making it more spacious and new equipment was added. I've gone to a few classes over the years with various instructors and although cycling isn't my thing they have all been encouraging and have me the courage I needed to finish the class. It's s great workout and good way to lose weight quick!
I love this place. It has an old school no-frills NYC vibe, awesome teachers and a nice support staff. Even better, if you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, their spinning classes are a heck of a lot cheaper than other establishments on the upper west side.
