Absolutely terrible experience. We were given the wrong key at check-in, which meant we couldn’t get into the building or even use the elevator. We ended up stuck in the lobby for ages while staff tried to sort it out, and no one seemed in a hurry to fix their mistake. It completely ruined the start of our stay. For a hotel, getting the basics right like giving guests the correct key shouldn’t be this hard. Would not recommend.
While we were having a barbeque here in the garden, a woman we didn't know attacked us and Doğuş and Chris saved us. We thank them very much

Stayed here recently on level 32. Absolute rundown dump, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. Balcony doors don’t lock, so unsafe. The location is the only positive in it.
