Family went to this store yesterday and the employees at this store refused to sell my family a pellet stove because there was store that was located 2 miles closer to there home than this store was. Really?? A sale is a sale regardless of where your customer lives. Very poor customer service.
RecommendedMike Pero and I recently bought a pellet grill from Upper Valley Stove Co. This grill is AMAZING! it is by far the best grill I have ever purchased. Thank you Shawn! We will be in for more pellets soon! :)
I have had such a good experience with Upper Valley Stove. Their service team is thorough and so attentive to not making a mess when they clean or do maintenance. This winter I decided to replace my old stove and Shawn and his team literally knocked it out of the park! They were prompt, took extra special care of making sure my pets were safely kept inside while they removed the old stove and installed the new one, and other than a gleaming new stove, you would have hardly known they had spent a long day installing. I have been a very loyal and happy customer of Upper Valley Pellet Stoves for the last 10+ years. Shawn and his team are nothing but professional, accommodating and ALWAYS treat us with courtesy and respect. I have and will continue to recommend my family, friends and strangers to this locally owned business. Just this week we bought yet ANOTHER stove and are extremely happy. Keep up the great work and thank YOU for being an example of what great service looks like!
we were there for quite a while. Noone around to assist us. We had questions and everyone was to busy to help. Didn't need our business. From what I was hearing they were way over priced. No recommendation here!
