I was referred to UVNN and my pcp sent all the appropriate records to them. Instead of calling me and telling me they couldn't do anything for me, I drove an hour to see a provider for him to tell me (rather rudely) there was nothing they could do for me.

Went here with 2 severe disc in my neck. Made a appointment and went there, was made very uncomfortable with Dr. M and told me that my facial numbness was not from my neck.And only talked about how she wouldn't operate (Probably do to i am disabled and on medicare) 1May be you should retire because it is a issue and it's called cervicogenic which can cause facial numbness and pain.
