Very disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks then out of no where, the Friday before my appointment at the very end of the day they called me to say that they do not treat patients with my condition (it is a condition that largely effects the ears,nose and throat), and that my appointment had been cancelled. I’m just confused why no one told me while I was scheduling the appointment or at least tell me at least 2 business day before. First time in many years and many visits to Drs. Offices I actually enjoyed. Very informative. Dr. Peterson was awesome. He is an incredible man with knowledge.
Just got scheduled for a septo/rhinoplasty and couldn’t be happier with the consult. Dr. Peterson made sure I knew every possible detail about the pros and cons of the procedure and gave me a confident recommendation without being pushy at all. Seriously I have never had a better experience at a doctors office. And the Wait time to be seen was less that 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
