The staff are very welcoming and kind. The Dr's are helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend URO for all eye needs and prevention.
The exam and the staff at this optometry are great. No complaints. However, whoever is cutting/making the lenses is downright incompetent. In that sense, indirectly this review, for now, reflects their partnership with Nikon. I don't have a complicated or strong prescription but I need progressives for office work and reading. I've returned my only pair of glasses in a matter of hours, after $700 +, for being completely unusable and now I've been waiting for new ones for over 3 weeks.
