The customer care and welcome and the way the doctor and receptionists and workers manage patients is incredibly great. Will always recommend Upper Richmond Opthometrics to anyone anyday anytime. Visit them and tou will love the service they render. They render their service with great respect, humour and professionalism. Am so glad my Doctor refered me to them for my field vision test.
TLDR: Upper Richmond Diligently ensured my lenses were correct. This was my second eye exam and glasses at UR. First time two years ago was smooth and flawless! Two years later, I requested a little different prescription, as I usually only wear glasses at work on a computer. All staff, eye exam with Dr. Templeman and frames selection with Teresa were great. Everyone here is very friendly and the staff that seem newer are doing great! The more knowledgeable staff are very helpful and patient with everyone and even with being such a busy place, they are very organized and on top of everything!
My husband and I really appreciate all the work done at Upper Richmond Optometry! Everyone was so caring and attentive. All of our questions were answered thoroughly.
