The staff went sbove and beyond during my pre-op and recovery. They were delightful and made it a stress free experience .Every single one of them deserved s hug. (No I didn't hug anyone .)
The staff were compassionate. Very impressed with how efficient and professional they were. Due to the winter storm, I had to bring my little dog and dad who has advanced dementia for my mom's surgery. They were understanding and accepting. They treated us as if we were family.
Entire team was so unbelievably kind. Made the experience as best as it could have been. Thank you to Pete Skellenger and the whole team.
The entire team here was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone was great from reception, nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team. I was greeted warmly. I was kept informed. They were reassuring and caring. This is how health care should be. I would like to thank the team for the wonderful hospitality and more importantly a great outcome. I highly recommend them.
