When I first saw Dr. Stilwell, I didn’t realize the extent of my hearing loss. I knew I was having problems hearing people in my life. Now, I can’t imaging going through a day without my hearing aids. She’s an awesome and personal doc.
Katie is awesome and has always been there to meet my needs. You never go away from there with more questions. We were going to Prevea in GB but they were not meeting our needs and was very thankful to have UP Audiology locally who has been great. It would be nice if they had more parts on hand but Cochlear is very efficient at sending them to us. Katie or someone always returns your calls.

Katie at the Iron Mt. office is wonderful. She checked my husbands hearing and fixed his existing hearing aids, Then she patiently allowed me, a beginner, to try a few different types of hearing aids. She would set them and explain how to use and adjust them. She is kind, helpful, happy and knowledgeable. Then she told me about a once a year program to win a pair of hearing aids, and I actually Did win them! They work great! I am honored to be chosen as the recipient .
