Coach Nava is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had, and I’ve been working out at various gyms for the last 40 years. The gym is welcoming and professional. Tons of space and lots of really good athletes to work out with. Highly recommend!
My husband and I dropped in today. Coach Nava is very knowledgeable. Definitely, will be back in March. Love CrossFit it’s changed our lives. We’re both 63 yrs old, only regret we didn’t start sooner!!!!!
Super nice CrossFit facility in Chico. Tons of space and friendly athletes to work out with. Dropped in while I was in town for work for a little hero wod, the owner/coach was welcoming and had good corrections throughout the workout. I will definitely be back!
First time visiting this CF box, the owner was great. Had us sign a waiver and didn't bother charging us with a fee to workout. The people here where very nice. The workout programed for the day was awesome. The gym was very clean and well maintained. If I'm ever in Chico again I will definitely be stopping by for another great workout. Thanks Upper Park!!
