One of the worst ford dealerships I have ever been to. This dealership does what they can to nickel and dime their customers. They have the audacity to charge fees on credit cards. Then they charge restocking fees if you accidentally get the wrong part. I returned an unused unopened item and I still had a restocking fee. Ford should be embarrassed for Upper Marlboro Ford in Maryland. I was in the Upper Marlboro location the last day of September, mostly by accident. I wanted to sell my car and their location was much closer than CarMax. I'll give four stars and KUDOS to my Sales Associate, Alex W. His two forgivable errors include putting the WRONG lienholder name/address on the paperwork and then NOT giving me MY copies.
