The contactor (Kurt) completed my siding job. He was suppose to return and finish a small chimney tuck close to the siding. He won't return my calls or text messages. I've also left voice mail. Extremely disappointed the job was not finished. I would highly not recommend Upper Level for any kind of project.
My original siding contractor installed my siding incorrectly causing 2 sides of the back of my house to constantly have the panels pop off and come loose. I decided to bring in someone who new what they were doing. I came across Upper Level and I am extremely happy that I did. Kurt and his team were great to work with, very professional and knowledgable. Kurt even went the extra mile by coming back the following week to fix a little chimney tuck point next to the siding to help prevent a water leak I have been having. I wou... read more
