Recommended to this business from another company that was experiencing extremely high volumes of work. Both my wife and i called several times over a period of a few weeks and left multiple messages. Not a single call back. If they were too busy also, a simple call back to refuse the work would have been sufficient. We would not recommend this business.
We had Upper Level Construction renovate our kitchen, family room, and bathroom due to a black mold/faulty issue. We would NOT recommend them. The Project Manager was disorganized and unaware of what step of the process was being completed at any given time. He left us for 6 months without a working bathroom and an exposed, rapidly decaying subfloor. He told us to buy the supplies ASAP and they sat in our garage for six months.
