Had a bubble in my driver's side front tire. Arrived as they opened, they ordered the tire (with giving me other options: no high pressure sale, just facts and let me decide) and it was on before the quoted time. I discovered another issue shortly after and they took care of me. I can see why ULTD has so many 5 star reports. Excellent customer service and knowledge. No wonder this family business is going strong after 40 plus years.
We are from out of town and we were in Grayling camping when we found a nail in one of our tires. I called this shop yesterday afternoon right before closing, explained our situation and he said to bring it right in this morning when the shop opened. My husband took our van at 8:00 am when they opened and was back to the campground by 9:00 am with a fixed tire, allowing us plenty of time to pack up our vehicle and head home before check out. Wonderful customer service, highly recommend! Thank you for helping us!
