Super clean an efficient storage. Dori was very helpful and pleasant. I recommend it!!
This is a fantastic facility. Extremely clean and well kept. In one year of renting, I have not seen or detected not even ONE bug or critter in or around my unit, and my unit is on the last row of units. The staff and owner, Dori, are extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, in a price comparison of the area, they definitely beat their competitors in terms of price and value. I was so very impressed with Upper James Self Storage! They were extremely clean, safe and secure. I had peace of mind while my entire life (literally) was stored in this facility for 9 months. Dori was absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely confident that she was keeping an extra eye on things at all times! In the future, if I ever need to place my personal belongings in storage, this will be the place I do so!
Neat well secured storage available 24hrs. I was looking for a smaller storage space but it seems the smallest they have is 10ft
Clean, new, heated in winter with radiant heat.. No rodents. Amazing place for storage and they are growing
