Good service.
Receptionist is totally non-sensible though the NP is quite good. I’ve never met the doctor, so I cannot tell much about him. He even doesn’t feel to meet his patient. This is also ridiculous. I phoned the receptionist about a severe problem for my one year old and asked for an appointment and she suggested an appointment one week later. Can you imagine that your baby is sick needing an urgent appointment and you get suggested a week later appointment!!!

Unprofessional. Waited an hour for a booked appointment only to be told that the appointment was only supposed to be 10 minutes long and it’s “not fair to other people waiting” meanwhile I took time off from MY job to be there & be kept waiting and I didn’t complain. Had no idea what I was there for - and insisted on booking for a specialist test offsite that was unnecessary and costed money because they get a referral fee. I’m disappointed with the information I received. I was told that using a nasal aspirator could “suction a baby’s brain,” which is not medically correct. While I understand there are valid concerns about overuse or irritation, giving inaccurate explanations can create fear for parents. I hope the clinic reviews how information is communicated to patients.
