Upper Grove Way Auto Repair is a carrot bad review I paid for a test they said it would resolve the problem they came back with a list of repairs that I had replaced , with brand new factory parts , nothing was resolved I felt as though I had been raped in the wallet , I questioned them on this issue , they think the general public is a recipiant of the big carrot !!
Bad experience, car came back with different problem to begin with Brought my car in to have serviced and all of the mechanical related requests were settled okay. They gave me an estimate to fix my window, which was broken and it was a little more than I was ready to pay, which is fine. Then I go back to have them screw in my door. I wait an hour and 15 minutes in their waiting area to find its a complete waste of time. They fixed my door incorrectly and it became inoperable. My door was working fine before I brought it in.... read more
More than what I paid My car was having some issues and I thought it might be the brakes so I took it to Upper Grove Way Auto Repair to see what might have to be done to my car. They charged me to inspect my brakes which was about 30 dollars. They ended up inspecting the entire car and gave me a list of what needed to be done and basicailly told me to just get a new car because the work on the car would be too expensive. I thought it was nice of them to inspect the entire car even though I only paid for the brake inspection.... read more
