Dr. Stephanie is the best
I was hung up on after waiting 20 minutes, tried again and requested callback, 20 minutes later got a call back that started with being hung up on seconds after answering the phone. Lovely.
Pretty decent but getting a call back takes a long time.
I have been going here for the last 4 years. I choose this place because it is close to my house. While the medical care is ok. I find the most frustrating thing is the reception staff and lack of communication. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment. I am in able to ever get a same day appointment and am forced to go to a local urgent care 30 miles away. Referrals to specialists take over six months to complete. If there were other options close to my home I would take them.
