It would be NICE to have someone answer the phones once in a while!
So I waited 6 months for the first time for my dentist appointment and then it got rescheduled cuz their dentist guy was sick. So then I waited an additional 4 months and here they are at 7:38. This morning calling me again telling me I have to wait another month. I am over this when I was telling her I have three broken teeth. I really need to come into the dentist. Well I'm sorry sir. Leah Abbott isn't to friendly. No bedside manner, or professionalism. Made me feel like I was less than her standards of a human being.
Unpleasant receptionist forced my 70 year old medically fragile grandmother to reschedule her appointment for being 9 minutes late, which is WITHIN their 10 minute cancellation policy. The office Gestapo is the Achilles heel of every medical practice.
