The staff in the Calumet office are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Frimodig is the best doctor I have ever had. Very compassionate and understanding. My only complaint is that I wish that the dental services were accessible. They have seen me a couple times for emergency treatment, but I wish that I could get regular dental care with them
These shysters do not care if you are suffering- they will NOT see you. A group of us have filed a complaint with state of Michigan recently for discrimination. I was put on a 'list' two YEARS ago for a simple dental procedure- NO call ever came- in TWO years. The dentists ONLY see friends and family- NO ONE ELSE. Unbelievable. This area is withering and these people add to that situation.
I really like Dr Frimodig, but this place has really gone downhill. For some reason, it takes WEEKS to get a prescription refill. I'm not sure why they even have an online patient portal, because they never seem to check or answer messages there. Calling the office is now a good 30 minutes on hold before you can talk to a human. I am STILL awaiting a medication refill (and am about to run out) that I requested weeks ago and have called twice already about it with ZERO results. I'm beyond upset at this point. If I could give them a zero I would! This place is an under joke they make appointments cancel them and then because you don't need to be seen all the time they remove u as a patient. Pretty disgusting that they can just not keep u as a patient just because you haven't been seen in awhile which was because of them in the first place!
