I can't say enough good things. Chris answered the phone immediately and offered to come and help us out the same day. What I thought was one issue turned out to be something completely different and it was clear that Chris had experience with this issue. Having Chris from Upper Grand Plumbing upgrade our water equipment (I have a well) was a pleasure. When he came I explained my issue and suggested my "inexperienced" potential solution. He was very quick to test what needed to be tested and my issue was something completely different. Ended fixing that and replacing some other equipment.
