Having Chris from Upper Grand Plumbing upgrade our water equipment (I have a well) was a pleasure. When he came I explained my issue and suggested my "inexperienced" potential solution. He was very quick to test what needed to be tested and my issue was something completely different. Ended fixing that and replacing some other equipment. We had our older hot water heater fail and leak into the basement and Upper Grand Plumbing was able to come out, install a new one and get us back up and running the same day. Chris was honest about how long the tanks tend to last and gave us tips on what we could do to prolong their lifespan. He was able to remove the old tank and install the new tank with ease and his rates were very competitive. We would definitely use Upper Grand Plumbing again in the future!!
