Kay made me feel so welcomed from the start. Even though it was my first appointment, it never felt awkward. She created such an easy, friendly atmosphere that it felt like we’d known each other for months. She has definitely earned me as a recurring client.
From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The environment was warm, inviting, and so relaxing that it instantly melted away any nerves. My wax tech Kay went above and beyond — not only was she incredibly skilled, but she also took the time to explain each step of the process, sharing *why* she was doing what she was doing in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. My daughter found Kay through a referral from a friend and I’m so glad that she did. My original place closed without notice so I started going to another chain and let’s just say I think my lady parts were left on the table. Kay is awesome, very personable, professional, and experienced in her craft! 10/10 recommend!!!
