Zena is amazing. My first time getting a loc detox and I had a amazing experience (very relaxing). She was very thorough and detailed about the service and oiled my scalp with her hair oil that she makes. She has wonderful customer service and great hair care products available for purchase. Anyone with locs or natural hair looking to get their hair done or children's hair look no further. I look forward to coming back for more services.
A little disappointed in this establishment. It is my understanding that they do great work (hence being one of the higher priced businesses) but just as they are supported by the community… they too should show a little more support for the military/federal workers. My 19yo son went in yesterday afternoon hoping to receive service. He currently has a low buzz cut as he had just completed AIT boot camp the day before and an edge up was all he wanted/needed. We had to get a hair cut so we just did a walk in visit with my son. Our cuts were okay but $40 for my fade and $30 for my son(He only got an edge up) was truly OVER priced. Maybe the price was that high because we didn't make an appointment but we were from out of town (N.C)and had an event to attend. I kind of felt robbed with out a gun.
