For my first appointment she arrived late . For my second appointment she didn’t respond to numerous calls nor messages and she ended up keeping the deposit and not once reached out to me !! Do not recommend.
Tori never fails to leave me feeling beautiful and smooth I love her services and they are more then worth it just give her a shot and you will see for yourself how amazing she is ☺️

The facility was extremely clean! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and professional!
The customer service is unacceptable for my taste. Had a facial scheduled and it was confirmed three days before the service. Upon arrival she wasn’t there and didn’t answer several calls or texts that whole day. She text me the next day saying the freeze damaged her salon needing repairs. Looking through the windows, there was no one there making said repairs for her to be open by Monday- a day and a half later.
