I wanted to hang 5 pictures -they would only give a price upon arrival. They wanted over $600 to hang 5 pictures. As the two guys were here I felt bad about turning them away. They took $400 ( plus tax at the last moment). I had asked for two hooks per picture, but it "wasn't necessary". Some of the holes show as they weren't measured correctly. The worst! I needed a small area's holes plugged in and painted. I called and the woman who answered said she would have someone call me shortly. So far so good. Someone did call (Simon) and we arranged a time between 1 and 3 pm the next day. He said it was probably a 3 hour job (had to wait for the plugging material to dry) and he or his assistant would come by, give me an estimate and, if I agreed, they would be ready to do the work immediately.
