This boutique style fitness center is just what I have been looking for. The group classes are intimate and you always feel like you are getting a private session. The trainers are top notch and beyond knowledgeable for any fitness level. Whether I am doing a sweat, strength or yoga class I always leave with the feeling that I was challenged in all the right ways. This is a hidden gem! Beautiful studio space with private training and intimate-sized classes (usually 4-6 people). There are a variety of classes and the workouts are effective. And all of the coaches are knowledgeable, professional and kind!
