Helpful and friendly. Rented scaffolding with wheels which is hard to find in Cookeville area
Took our tiller to be repaired (it was under warranty) 3 months later the Original company finally replaced tiller - only after we complained on THEIR website. We never could get any answer (On phone or in person) from Upper Cumberland. Poor Poor customer service. They need to learn to answer their phone
Ronnie and Willard went above and beyond to help my husband and I! We were moving across the US from CA to NC and our transmission went out in TN - we were stranded, it was a Saturday and no auto repair shops were close by. Ronnie and Willard met us where we broke down in our truck. Since we were moving and were super crunched for time, we didn't have time to get our broke down truck repaired in TN, so we rented a U-Haul truck and trailer and pulled our truck up onto the trailer to finish our trip to NC.
