Ive heard good things about upper crust food service, and I'm sure that every location is different. I just spent 4 days at a cub scout camp in manchester NH with my son, and the food, menu, and portions were atrocious. - this week we had 85-100 degree weather. There was about 200 kids at the camp and probably 75ish adults. We paid our deposits over the winter, so the head count had been secured for months. - Upper crust did NOT serve kid appropriate food. University of South Carolina Fraternities have had a horrible experience with uppercrust. here are a few of the many problems we have had: -Raw/uncooked food (including chicken) -large piece of plastic found in food and eaten -food served that was not what was listed on the app and menu -meals just thrown out on the table and frozen with no one in the kitchen -kitchen staff not showing up at all -calling HQ, them saying it will be fixed and absolutely nothing happening (weekly thing) -most meals will be served without sauce ... read more
We used Upper Crust Food Service for our Zeta Tau Alpha Bid Day, and everything was perfect! The food was fresh, delicious, and the staff made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. Our sisters and new members absolutely loved it, and we received so many compliments on the food prepared. We’re so thankful to Upper Crust for fueling our special day!
