My dad has been a patient here many times, and over the course of 12–15 visits I've only ever witnessed caring, attentive staff. I know everyone's experience is unique and people can be critical of healthcare, but the compassion I've seen here has been consistent every single time. A bonus tip: the cafeteria is one of the North Country's best-kept secrets. I've eaten there many times .... pictured are the homemade muffins!

MAY 2O26 UPDATE: Bill is with collections who told me to send the bill to MaineCare to get it paid. Mainecare keeps saying since the radiology association is not contracted they won't pay. This is utter nonsense. APRIL 2026 UPDATE: UCVH billing refuses to help us. They just keep saying "we don't have access to SNHRC computer". They REFUSE to speak to the radiology billing dept on our behalf. Now the bill has gone to collections. APRIL 2026 UPDATE: UCVH billing refuses to help us. They just keep saying "we don't have access to SNHRC computer". They REFUSE to speak to the radiology billing dept on our behalf. Now the bill has gone to collections. Funny how SNHRC was able to bill our insurance for the imaging but suddenly they don't know how to send the claim to our insurance for the doctors.
